BlackCloak is proud to announce a slate of new features within our mobile application. Under the Credit Freeze and Fraud Alert section, found within the Concierge tab, you'll be able to set up a freeze with ChexSystems and set up an IRS Identity Protection PIN.
A ChexSystems security freeze allows you to protect your banking history and prevent unauthorized account openings. An IRS Identity Protection PIN offers added security when filing your federal tax returns. To learn more, please read our guide on the subject.
And in case you missed our announcement in November, BlackCloak has released a new home image blurring feature, which allows you to submit a request to Google to have your home address blurred from Google Street View. To learn how to do so, please watch this demo.
If you have any questions about these features, please contact the BlackCloak Concierge team.

News Worth Noting:
"Smishing" Scam Centers on Fake U.S. Customs Alerts - A popular "smishing" scam has seen people receive text messages claiming to be from U.S. Customs. The texts claim the person is going to receive a package, but due to an "invalid zip code," the package cannot be cleared. The message states the recipient must address this issue within 24 hours, and includes a URL to "remedy" the problem. Unfortunately, the URL in question is malicious in nature. Should you receive one of these text messages, do not engage with it in any capacity. Contact the BlackCloak Concierge team if you have any questions related to suspicious text messages you may receive.
