BlackCloak is pleased to announce the launch of our redesigned mobile application and a brand new feature to protect your Digital Life, the malicious calendar engine. Our new app is now available in both the Apple and Google stores for automatic and manual updates.

The new version includes all of the features found in previous iterations of the app, in addition to a slate of new functionality. You will now be able to see in greater detail how BlackCloak is working around the clock to protect Your Digital Life^TM.

Our new app gives you a live view of all of your BlackCloak services. You'll be able to see how many online profiles BlackCloak has removed through our data broker removal service, the mobile devices and computers we protect and so much more.

Once you've given our app permission to access your iPhone or Android calendar app, the malicious calendar engine will detect suspicious invites that get added. Invites could be sent directly to you by bad actors, or you may accidentally (or unknowingly subscribe to a spam calendar) by clicking on a link or advertisement.

The new BlackCloak app also offers new customization features. Through the app, you will have the ability to add homes and email addresses for BlackCloak to protect - increasing your security with minimum effort.

Malicious Calendar Engine & Your Privacy

BlackCloak will not be able to see any content of your calendar when you give the app access. The engine will only detect fraudulent calendar invites locally, and no member of the BlackCloak team will see any of your legitimate calendar entries.
