Google has released a new security update for its Chrome browser after a high-severity zero day vulnerability was discovered. Google confirmed the vulnerability has been actively exploited. It is the 8th zero-day vulnerability Google has patched in 2023. This is a different update than the one Google released last month.

If you aren't sure whether you are running the latest version of Chrome, it's important to update your browser as soon as possible.

What Should You Do?:

• Ensure you are running the latest version of your Chrome browser now.

• Don't forget to restart your browser to complete the update process.
