Google Deploys New Chrome Security Patch

Google has released a security update for its Chrome browser to patch a high-severity security vulnerability. Google confirmed this zero-day vulnerability has been actively exploited.

This is the eight security patch Google has released in 2022. If you aren't sure whether you are running the latest version of Chrome, it's important to update your browser as soon as possible.

What Should You Do?:

• Ensure you are running the latest version of your Chrome browser now.

Millions Affected by Twitter Data Leak

The personal information belonging to millions of Twitter users were exposed following a breach earlier this year. Malicious actors were able to take advantage of a Google Chrome vulnerability to obtain users' email addresses, phone numbers and other information tied to their account. The leaked information has been found on hacker forums.
